The Hague is the 3rd largest city in the Netherlands. While many people associate The Hague with the International Court of Justice, they might be surprised by its beaches, museums, historical monuments and vibrant shopping center. Photographing Den Haag, I focused on the city’s quiet balance between formality and everyday life—where historic architecture, coastal light, and modern civic spaces coexist. Rather than emphasizing monuments alone, this collection looks at how scale, symmetry, and atmosphere define the experience of the city.
